If you plan on ordering from planet skunk be forewarned you probably want to change your mind. After placingyour order they send you a list of instructions to follow, I think there are 5 steps. Then you have to go to western union website and register to pay. Western Union will charge you $20 on top of your order total for using their site, don't know if there are any other site charges or not. After signing up for western union you have to yourself transfer the order number and a few other things to the western union site, then after doing all that you have to take the confirmations numbers and a few other things from the western union site and enter it back into the Planet skunk site. Then I believe it said after that there would be no verification that everything was recieved so be careful that you enter everything correctly. That is pretty much what I got from it.

So I cancelled my order, I can't see spending 30 minutes trying to figure out how to pay them and then spending $20 on top of it for the priviledge.

Then not receive any verification after it is all done ????

Makes no sense to me. I suggest you skip all the hassle and order somewhere else like I did. It is a shame becuase they had a good thing going and then to screw it up like that.

I think it has been hurting their business because they got a little defensive on the return email about me cancelling due to a confusing payment system.

This is what they said

"You can always shop
elsewhere, we don't mind."

So I took their advice and did and I suggest you do the same thing also.

I havent ordered from PS for a while, and I havent really looked into Western Union at all, but if it costs extra - that sux.

Glad Im in Australia so can just go to the bank anyway hheheheh

wow, that sounds like a pain in the ass. thats a bum deal they had some interesting stuff too.

Anyone that is paying with a credit card has to go thru the western union site. They said they had to do it to cut down on fraud. Then you have two different peoples name you can pay to, People, not company name, why 2 different people ? It just gets more and more bizarre.

They were my #1, I hate when someone takes a good company and screws it up.

You don't hear much of that phrase anymore, seems like most companies make you feel like it is a priviledge for you to give them your money, times are changing.

I keep thinking you could open a business and be halfway nice to people and blow away any competition that you would have.

Your right they did change there payment method ... it seems more secure to me.. I order the first of march 2009 I recieve my order 7 days later .... and your right the communication between PS after you forward them al of the required information is limited ... basically you receive an email stating the order has shipped ....... I would use them again without question.

yeah im deffinatly using them coz iim in australia and its heaps easy just goin through a bank but i think they have a bank account in europe too so yeah

with customer service like that they wont have a business long.
