Alright RIU members this is is a tutorial on how to buy Marijuana seeds properly.

Before I begin let me mention that having possession of Marijuana seeds could be illegal in you're area so please check you're local,state,federal laws before making a purchase.

Customs can be pretty hard sometimes however so far they are not good on cracking down on every single seed order.
Majority of seedbanks are from the Netherlands however depending on the seedbank and country you could be pulling a huge risk.
First, Customs as of right now is cracking down mainly on orders from The Netherlands considering they are known to sell Seeds to other countries. However so far they are not that focused on other countries such as Spain and England. As of right now only three countries sell seeds that are known of. Spain,Netherlands,England.
If you want you're order to come through and everything to go smooth you should check the prices for there seeds,strain,yield,THC amount. Depending on those three things it can make a huge difference on the price. If some of there prices seem to good to be true then usually it is to good to be true. I recommend using the seedbank Dr.Chronic. They are out of the Netherlands and I have had seeds send to my home three times and everything went smooth. However for the security of the Dr.Chronic staff and the members of Rollitup I can not release the country that they are located in.

As of August, 2008 Chicago customs is being very tough and cracking down on most orders however for the East Coast everything is going fine.

So what you want to do is find a great seedbank that has positive reputation and take a look at there strains and prices. I recommend Dr.Chronic however you can use any seedbank of you're personal preference. After you have done that remember to put your orders on a limit, The maximum I order is 20 because if you order more than 20 your order COULD get seized from Customs and you lost a good amount of money. You could shop cheap but just keep the order of seeds on a minimum.
When you have found a strain you like do some research on it, Check out of it is a Indica or a Sativa and how bad the odor it is and proper care.

After you done your research and like what you said you can order your seeds but remember having possession of Marijuana seeds could be illegal in you're area so please check you're local,state,federal laws before making a purchase.

Also keep in mind that if the seedbank offers the option of buying regular seeds which means they could contain males and females or you could buy "Feminized" seeds which means you are almost promised to get Female seeds rather than males. Buying Feminized seeds and having them all be females is a matter of luck. You could buy 20 Feminized seeds but only 5 are female and 15 are male. Also Feminized seeds are more expensive than the Male and Female seeds.

I did however Canadian seed banks are not a main target for Customs.
