Also keep in mind that if the seedbank offers the option of buying regular seeds which means they could contain males and females or you could buy "Feminized" seeds which means you are almost promised to get Female seeds rather than males. Buying [regular] seeds and having them all be females is a matter of luck. You could buy 20 [regular] seeds but only 5 are female and 15 are female. Also Feminized seeds are more expensive than the [regular] seeds.

Then isn't less risky to buy from them instead of the ones customs target?

I've heard good things about high grade seeds, but they don't have fems.

Well I am sure anything that looks unusual is a high risk but I have not heard much about Canadian seedbanks to give a decent opinion.
