I have strawberry haze, the church, white widow, and big bang.

I want to breed for next year but will they be stable?

Those strains individually are all stable I'm assuming because Green House is one of the most reputable seed companies in existence. But if you're trying to cross Strawberry Haze and The Church, for example, the offspring will not be stable in the first generation most likely. Some will resemble the Church more and some will resemble the Strawberry Haze more.
