I know that there are probably 50 million posts regarding medical strains, but i wanted to get some feedback as far as what might help with my specific medical conditions. I am looking to start a grow in about a month and i can only do 2-3 plants at a time.

I have really bad back and neck pain, along with high blood pressure so i am looking for a strain to help with pain as well as something that might help with anxiety and stress.

The problem is I really dont want something that will glue me to the couch i have to be functional afterwards, so it may be strech to find something that will fit both criteria

if anybody has any recommendations or has similar issues, i would greatly appreciate any recommendations. thaxs in advance

ah my friend..i have similar issues and have also had some of your same problems..like you i have many functions and activites after medicating so i dont like to be a "zombie". i found that some of my favorite strains for pain and as far as keeping it together would be a good indica stavia mix. or mostly indica.. i personly like to go for a good ak-47 strain..good potency...doesent mess with your head to bad, and wont make you turn into a zombie..of coarse this bieng said, you also have to remeber. "moderation in all things".

ya something sativa. that will give you more of an active high.

yeah i think i may have to settle on something like a 70/30 60/40 indica/sativa, cause anything with a higher indica ratio i know i will be dead on my feet. thanks for the help

i was reading around the growFAQ just now. if you go to medical marijuana they have some lists of strains for certain symptoms, i found it a good read
