It doesn't matter if it your nutes are chemical, or organic, or biobizz, or any other brand, you still need to flush 2 weeks out and use no nutes during the last 2 weeks of watering. just pure H2O

I'll tell you what I did pick:
Big Bang fem (medicinal quality, good yeild, and really great price since it's getting phased out by Greenhouse. THC 15.5%)
Himilaya Gold fem (really good yeild, supposedly really hashy, THC 15%)
Hawaiian Snow fem (2003 Cannabis Cup Winner, Highest measured THC 23.7%)

15% THC is pretty good, especially when its accompanied by high CBD and CBN levels like these strains are. I am hoping I can Tie the Hawaiian Snow, and train it to grow shorter than normal, 'cause it gets pretty tall. otherwise I'll have to raise the roof on my grow-area (not that hard a task, it's just plastic sheeting). The Haze #3 might also be a tall one. You can check on thier website and watch a video that shows how the plants will do under optimal conditions. If you are a good enough gardener, you could even follow thier instructions and get similar results. Even if you dont grow it quite as big or bushy it should still have similar THC if you flowered properly for long enough to develop the full range of cannibinoids. Check out the videos and see which one's suit your grow area best.

First post...Hi all, Im currently growing ghs fem cheese @ day 23 flower and im well impressed buds looking loads bigger for the time than my previous grows and starting to resin up already No sign of any hermies yet either.....fingers crossed

First post as well, growing The Church right now as first grow...have one large plant 4 weeks in flowering. Its a tough plant that grows with alot of side branching. We underestimated how big it would be...ended up outgrowing our closet with 400w. We now have 800w on it, one mh, one hps, in a larger room. Growing it dwc in a large container. It uses a little over a gallon a day in h2o. Cant wait to smoke it....its starting to get covered in resin, and the white hairs are popping up everywhere. Hope the yield turns out as advertised by greenhouse (800/m^2....i think)

ok so here is 4 lemon, 38 days into flowering. been using nutes for 3 days now so hopefully the buds will fll out a bit more, they reckon flowering 9 weeks but hairs turning orange so don't really know, if anyone can tell how much longer they think that would be great. the pic ain't great but hopefully will be ok

Very nice looking plants, really healthy and frosted looking. From the looks of it the hairs are just starting to turn, so you still may have a little while. But you are right, 9 weeks sounds long if the stamins are already turning orange. However, I know Arjan always talks about letting the plants go longer than you think is necessary, because it allows for the proper development of the full range of cannibinoids within their plants. You might be sorry if you pull it too early.

I have a rule I hold myself to pretty strictly, which is: When I think it looks like they are ready to harvest, I wait a week and then do it. Even though it doesn't really look like much is happening, you are increasing your THC levels the whole time. Sometimes I get impatient, and then I'll harvest the weakest plant just so I have something to smoke, but I always let the rest go that extra week. I have never been sorry.

If, in 2 weeks, almost all of your hairs have turned orange, then you may not need to go the full 9 weeks. Just sample a little bit off one plant and it might give you a better idea as to how ready they are.

thx joe will post pics for the last few weeks, i really haven't got a clue when to harvest, i thought it was when 50% of the hairs were orange, but then read the hairs doesn't matter its when the trichs change. Its mainly the tops, so was wondering if i could cut the top cola and let the rest go for a week. Can you see them change colour if the plants are full of them, i checked today and they still look the same just more of them. And any suggestions on what greenhouse strain i should try next? cheers guys
