So this question is primarily for the ladies but any dudes that have chicks who have reported relief. So the gf has been on me to find a strain that helps but doesn't tie her ass to the couch at the same time. And you don't have to have grown it just smoked it is enough info.

I've only ever seen one strain where in the description by the breeder says it helps and that was Kali Mist from Serious. I kinda don't want to grow that though. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Seriously, though, I'd probably think anything light-sativa-y should do. If you're growing it yourself, just chop it a bit early and don't smoke so much that you get mad para.

Grow some skunk #1, 75% sativa and 25% indica. Like Jay said, cut a bit early for that "up high" smoke.
