Hey guys, I am starting a grow with White Widow Fems and some Afghan. (Thanks Doc) This will be my 3rd grow and I have "high" hopes. Anyone out there got any experience with these strains that they care to share? Should I top them? Fem them? Love them? LST them? All of the above? Help a guy out.

I figure as long as I stay out of their way, they have a good chance of being special.

i dont know much about afghan but you should definitely top the white widow or maybe even super crop them increases bud yield by at least 15% also white widow needs love but usually is a pretty strong plant

I've fucked up a lot on my grow but the WW is doing well, check out my grow journal i got 3 of them growing right now

Thanks for the input. I looked at your grow and you have had your problems but those WW seem to be very strong. They will need it with me.
What about topping White Widow? LST? what works the best? What is a good size to start flowering?

usually 10-12'' is a really great mature height to start flowering for maximum yeild
also when topping WW you should cut the main stem shoot at the top either the week before flowering or the 1st week of flowering...

Great info...thanks alot. I'll top when they reach 12" & start my clones. I like the idea of topping 1 week before flower. I am not sure what I will do with the others. Afghan is some of the best meds I have ever smoked. I hope this turns out half as good as what I smoked. The Thai is a real pretty plant but I have never smoked any to my knowledge. The first 48 hours I have 3 Afghan and 1 WW already showing their heads. Props to Doc and Marijuanaseeds.nl for sending live seeds.
