Really most of DJ Shorts stuff would do, if purple is what you are after. Especially his Blue line: Blueberry, Blue Velvet, Blue Moonshine, Blue Heaven and Flo.
Look into Canadian genetics, as most Dutch seed copanies are moving towards Sativas, it seems. Some Canadians have managed to combine the best of both worlds. Those are my favorites. I love the perfect Hybrid
Fdd, what's wrong with purple pot? The best pot I've ever smoked was a Haze type Thai sativa this old hippie hybridized with some really dark, dank purple stuff, I think he said it was some kind of Afgani hybrid the resulting hybrid being a Lavender and blue mixed with lime green. at harvest some hairs are light reddish-brown, while others are pink. Aside from being the most beautiful plant I have ever seen, it was also the best I've ever felt off just pot. Combination High & Stone, really psychedelic but at the same time oddly relaxing. So complex! I get this stuff once yearly and I'm limited to an ounce, he keeps most of it for himself, an ounce is the most he will sell anyone, lol. OBVIOUSLY not in it for the money, and after 20+ years of selective breeding he has created something more amazing than any commercial strain. Anyway, he grows it indoor and starts within the first couple months of the new year, usually. His crop is usually done by about june, he likes to Veg for a couple months. I guess it's time to give ol' Rugburn a call. Without Rugburn, I'd never have met this old hippie, but I'm sure glad I did! Now that I grow indoors I should look into getting some seeds from him also!
