No one is going to ship from the U.S they will ship to the U.S I whould try seedboutique.com they are the cheapist I have found You chould also go to seedbankupdate.com he will tell you the good seed banks.

i no a guy who bought stuff from a site within the US - but that site is waaayy 2 expensive. like over 100 bucks for 10 seeds of average strains
