I recently aquired some Deisel clones and it is the first time
I have grown this variety.
Wondering if anyone could offer any input or on information either positive or negative about this strain.
So far, so good. Very hearty, and stocky.
just know very little about it.

I have smoked sour diesel before and if they are similar then I would highly reccomend it. Very nice strain of headies... Very nice flavor too

smoked it once... Loved it decent high, but harsh smoke so not in my top5

Anyone here actually grown it?
I have been told it is very susceptible to powder mold.
I'm into week 4 of flowering and seeing some traces although I have maintained my humidity at 35% and kept my PH at 5.8.
I have also been using SM-90 as a preventative both in my reservoir,
and sparingly as a foliar spray.
I'm kind of leary of using it this far into flowering.
Serrenade is really good shit.
Anyone know if I can use it at this stage in the game or is sulphur burning the way to go?
It sure is looking good I'd hate to fall victim to the mold.
Any good advice would be appreciated.

you should have your ph at 6.0 -6.5 mary jane likes a lil more acid, and the himidity should be around 40-60% i suggest never going into 60% its better at 45-50%. and i hope you get some decent bugs from your crop mate.

Decent buds I have.
They look great. Right whwer they should be.
I have been growing since 85' so most is not new to me.
My humidity ranges between 35 and 50% so I don't think that is an issue.
Maybe I'll up the PH. I had been advised to lower it to avoid mold so now I don't know what to think.
I do believe this strain is more vulnerable than others and I have been doing everthing from the beginning to prevent.
It is still not out of control just spotty on some of the leaves.
What I really need to know is if there is a foliar spray I can still use at this stage in the game that won't ruin my buds and still wipe out the mold.
Serrenade maybe? Good stuff but I'm not sure how late I can apply it.
I'm into week 5 now.
Other wise I think I will need to go the sulphur burning route.
I know that works but would rather avoid it.
Otherwise looking really good.

In regards to PH.
I think I'm right on.
Acid is the way to go and 5.8 is right where I want to be.
Lower being more acidic.
Think I will go with the serrenade and see what happens.

Growing a 2000 watt grow from clone right now (Sour Diesel) Am 65 days into flower... one plant has come down and the others will follow shortly. Still waiting for more glands to become amber before chopping the most of the bunch. Anyhow, I kept my pH at 6.0 (SunShine#4, soil-less mix) and relative humidity around 45%. No sign of powder mold at all. Smoke is good so far, sure it will get better. Post a few pictures of your Diesel grow... feel free to check out my thread in indoor growing as well. Cheers!

NYCD is different than "Sour Diesel" which is commly referred to as, "East Coast Sour Diesel."

I am growing the Diesel too. You shouldn't have any problems with mold if you have kept your humidity under control, and you said you did in earlier posts so no worries friend! I just harvested three days ago, they have been hanging in there for a bit and then the curing proccess will begin.

How tall did you grow yours? I started flowering at 18 inches (too tall!) and they end up like 5 feet tall lol! The doubled in size within a week of inducing flower, crazy!
