Everyone I know in the states that has ordered seeds and had them taken by customs got the notice. The post office has the right to inspect packages too, and have their own protocol and notice.

Prescription meds are completely different, as you can automatically be dealing drugs right out of the package.

Yes, customs and the post office have a list of countries to inspect. It starts with Afghanistan and ends with Zimbabwe, every country you can think of is inbetween. They do not check every package from the netherlands or england, just ask any ebay user who orders globally.

Contact the seedshop, send them photos, explain your case. They should send you new seeds.

I just tried to place an order from Nirvana-shop.com this morning and recieved this message when I tried to check out using their shopping cart:

"We do not ship seeds to your country at this moment due to problems with the customs. We'll be back with new package material soon."

Obviously I live in the US. Anyone have a good suggestion for an alternative supplier?

How about Canadian Customs? Do you know anything of them? Where should i order seeds from? or just go after clones?

Its been 14 days since I ordered from nirvana and still no package I'm assuming it got held up at customs and I won't be getting my seeds... what should I do? try somewhere else?

Apparently, custums cought on and Nirvana is changing their packaging. I just wanted to get back to you guys about how Nirvana handled the situation. I sent them a lengthy e-mail w/ pics explaining what happened. They are sending me a new package, although i have not recieved it. However, i did receive a package from Dr. Chronic today and it was packaged much better than the empty package i got from Nirvana. So custums isnt catching on to all the seed transactions, guess you can just consider yourself unlucky if you get an empty package like i did. I would also like to thank everyone for sharing their experiences and knowledge in this matter.
