That sticker "Received Unsealed" is just a Post Office thing that means the packaging has been damaged. It doesn't mean that they have looked inside and confiscated anything. If US Customs had done that, they would have included a letter saying so. If the seed bags were loose in the package, they may have just fallen out.

Many guys have gotten packages with seeds hidden that they could not find.

With the pictures that you've provided, I'll bet Nirvana will make it good.

hey man, the exact same thing happened to me. I ordered some seeds from nirvana and my bag came resealed with staples... i mean come on... i'm guessing it was the mail man too, i live in orange county, could it be the final dilevery guy?

that's crazy. please let us know how they handle the issue at nirvana.

That's fucked up. I feel for ya as seeds aren't cheap. Hopefully Nirvana will be compassionate and send you another free sample of colored pencils.

I have received 2 packages like that.... and CDs don't fair well either.... Customs has taken your seeds..... Nothing ever come of it, not to worry, it's just you won't get your money back for the seeds and anything coming from over seas is subject to search.... your best bet is to trade seeds with someone domestically..

Customs has a list of countries which they will search packages from, the Netherlands and England are two of them.... So getting seeds from Nirvana isn't an option.

this package was taken by customs. this hapened to a local farmer here in my network. anytime something says the netherlands it gets looked at. as more and more people discuss shipping contents and systems of packaging they will get pinched more. they dont have customs declarations on these so at random some of these will always get pinched. based on my studies less than 1% gets pinched. of 3 nirvana orders all three were delivered. i try to arrange large orders to ship around the holidays or other large volume times to improve success.

As for the stamp once they open and sieze the contents it proceeds to the post office they are who stamps this on there.

How can buying from Nirvana not be an option? Many ppl on this site and others successfully got their seeds from there. Well, either way, i've already asked Nirvana in a long email with the pics to resend my order. Ive been waiting for a response for 2 days now, but im still optimisic. if you keep ordering maybe after the 3rd or 4th time you will get an unwanted visit. i'v seen people go down for order xanax and it was like 3 months and 3 shipments into it that they got arrested. as for seeds. custums will take your shit and if they notice they have had to take your shit a few times...well lets just hope they dont notice ya know what i mean

i am just saying if they intercept your seeds a few times they will come at least have a talk with you. no notice is required.
