Default Did i make a good choice

I have bad anxiety and have heard sativa's are the worst for this symptom. I have tried many unknown strains which have only cause a "bad trip", i do remember trying white rhino once and if i remember correctly was a nice strain.
Was White Rhino from Green House Seed Co a good choice?

If its the one I'm looking at on their site, it says good for insomnia. My guess is its gonna be some good indica.

if you're looking for white rhino. I'd go with Mr. Nice- Medicine Man instead. Better breeder.... Better genetics. I had a cross of white rhino x medicine man.. It was a great smoke .. but a shitty yield.

You must smoke indica and stay away from the sativas with that issue,

try TGA subcool's jilly bean. that's a happy deep relaxing strain

if someone is already anxious, sativas are a bad idea. potent ones are a challenge to anyone once you get too much in your system in that one woofing big hit too. i would suggest DNA's lemon skunk if you'd like to try something with a light high that isn't sensory or mandala's 8 miles high for a nice euphoric energy neutral high for anyone looking for a light sativa, but there are plenty of mellower to deep relaxing mids out there that are better suited to your needs.

anti-anxiety is a good keyword search term for you and euphoria should counter that at least some of the time. bubblegum, blueberry & skunk #1 would be decent classic strains for you to at least try for a stonier euphoric buzz. i'm sure there are many threads about anti-anxiety strains out there if you google a little. it would probably even have it's own sub-topic in a med use specific forum, and i think there are med use threads here too.

Jack's Cleaner 2, Sweet Haze, Haze x Skunk & 8 Miles High are all much fun, but fluffy, fuzzy 1985 Columbian Gold popcorn's that trippy! Thai? Malawi Gold? Mekong Haze (Cambodian)? Don't know.

If you stick to around 80% Indica/ 20% Sativa you should be ok. I tried a Blue Dream brownie once and I thought I was going to die.

I would opt for a pure landrace Indica like Maple Leaf. cn
