u could go buy urself some compact flourscens or 2 6500k daylight spectrum bulbs to each plant,this will start em off good until u buy a hps/mh.
alsos a small simple fan to circulate air and keep humidity down.

lets have some more info,what kind of seeds, what kind of lites, water, soil, nutes, etc. Also a little bit about your set-up. What kind of suggestions ya looking for?
