So I'm probably going to do a fairly small grow this summer, just a few plants.
My initial idea was to do about 4-5 lowryder2 plants, but now im thinking i might want to do 2-3 Skunk #1 plants
Heres the set up I will most likely have:

3 gal pots
5x 42w CFLs
and space is unknown right now, but height shouldnt be a problem

Any comments on which I should go with? Has anyone grown Skunk #1 before?

I know skunk's a wicked strain with a decent yield. I've had no experience with lowryder, so I'm not much help on that one.

id go for the skunk, however 5x42 watt lights is enough for only 1 plant to flower..... lowrider2 or skunk youll need ALLOT more light....

I just received my very first commercial seed order and I bought both. LR2 is now at 80% germination rate by Day 6.

S#1 is for the next crop.

lr2 is easy to grow, almost plant and forget, i have pictures in my gallery of some lr2 close-ups... i'm also going to post a thread where you can guess how many seeds are in a bud and get em if you guess right...lr2 f2's.

Haha. I came to this thread to post about how amazing these Skunk#1's I've got going are smelling. They are about 6 weeks into flower and they smell amazingggg...It's like a lemony, tropical kind of smell...Wow I can't wait to smoke some.

i see you've already seen my thread uberpea i am doing both skunk#1 and lowryder 2 and as everyone has said you'll need more lights ive got 450 watt cfl at the minute and they could do with more cant wait to get them under the 600w hps for flowering.

i use about 200watts per plant of a hps/mh mix 75/25
