i have personally order from seedsman.they took a week to come. when they came, they were packaged in a lil plastic test tube with a tag on the tube saying what they were, with the logo and instructions on how to germinate.

overall i would give them a 8/10, the seeds came well packaged and they informed me every step - they just took a lil long.
