Come one come all. Good seed brands and bad seed brands compiled into one list.

Hello everyone,
Over the past year or so I have compiled a personal list of good seed brands and bad seed brands. This list was compiled for personal use but thought it might be useful to some others on this forum. This list was made from personal experience and also from others experiences.

If you have some opinions on what is listed you are more than welcome to add. This list comes in handy and you should find it pretty helpful as well.

If you have anything to add state what brand of genetics you purchased and what was your experience with it.

Good to Buy:

1) Nirvana

7) Dr. Greenthumbs ***Stable Female seeds but expensive
TGA Subcool ***Known for high potency and stable females

Bad to Buy:

1) Samsara Seeds ***Unstable female seeds with hermies and males
2) Cali Connection ***Unstable female seeds with hermies
3) Greenhouse Seed Company ***Hermies and generally bad genetics
4) Resevior Seeds ***Unstable female seeds with hermies
5) Dutch Passion ***Unstable with hermies

good:

nirvana & sativa seeds (fems & autos, but their regs are fine)
vancouver island seedbank
delta 9 labs (mekong haze at least)
KC brains (supposedly getting better, but used to have THE WORST rep)
seedsman (someone PMed me ranting on their malawi gold at another forum)

in my own experience,

Good:
TGA Subcool - tried quite a few strains, full flavored, potent
Mr Nice - the true source of the original White Widow, and the original SSH
OGRaskal - Harder to acquire (but worth it). did a WhiteFire (WiFi) grow, very potent, very tasty
DJ Short - the creator of Blueberry and Flo. not very potent imo, but tastes great when done right
Mosca - only done their C99, but it was stable, potent, very tasty (very fruity)
Cali Connection - i've read about people having issues with herms, however with the Tahoe OG, and Blackwater i have not experienced this problem. the Tahoe was so tasty and potent that i kept a mother, and that mother has still not autoflowered, nor has it produced hermies. maybe some folks got bad luck, or maybe i just got lucky so far.

Bad:
Greenhouse Seed Co. - Genetics not always as advertised, unstable, herms, etc.
Doggies Nuts - Any company that charges this much is ripping you off, period.
Stony Girl - outrageous claims about finish time, and various other traits.

and theres a few more, but i (or my pals) haven't worked with their gear enough to call them bad versus maybe just very getting unlucky.
