Hey guys and gals,
So I have been growing out a single gifted AUH1 fem seed for quite some time now. It was gifted straight from a breeder pack from a close friend. This is my first real (non cfl / bagseed) grow, and I've definitely made a few mistakes, but I'm sitting right at 8 weeks of flower and Im thinking its on track to finish around 80 days. I'll try to get some pics up later this week to show the INTENSE trich production on the calyxes (not so much on the tips of the bud leaves though...but from what Im told this is fairly normal for pure-ish sativas.)

I must say, I have read through a few grow journals with this strain and I was very afraid that I was gonna end up with 2 oz of fluffy schwag after putting a solid 3 months into the grow like a few other unlucky souls out there did. However, I am very pleased with the grow thus far. Perhaps I just got lucky and got a Canabis cup worthy pheno, but I just cant believe that people have struggled so much with this strain. I am yet to find anyone who has had a good experiance growing this, and I just wanted everyone to know that, while there does seem to be some serious phenotypic diversity, the good pheno's are pretty bomb...

Also, I have a few comments on the genetics of AUH1. Franco let it slip in a youtube video (YouTube - Growing with the Stars - Arjan right around the 4:25 mark) that AUH1 is actually a Super Silver Haze / Nevilles haze cross. Thats a pretty intense genotype right there! The SSH influence definately comes across in the yield and bud formation.

Anywho, I just wanted everyone who is considering growing this strain to know that there are ppl out there having really good experiances with it too ( and not even very experianced growers either!) Like I said, I'll get some budporn up here in a few days. Until then....

i was going to but they ran out and i got Arjans Haze #3 instead. Along with sone cheese.

and oh man, I don't know about nevilles but super silver puts me down for the count!!

I will give you my honest opinion on these seeds. They are a waste of your time and money. Period. If you want something with Haze in it that you can actually grow, look for something from Mr. Nice. GH are hustlers and pushers in the in the truest sense. They lure through their doors with promises of great weed and great yields. All they really want is your money. I spent 90+ dollars on AJH1 (fem) 5 pack. I would rather have arjan wipe his ass with the profit than spend it on advertising. But I am willing to bet that is not the case. The seeds were the worst thing I ever have spent money on. Ever. You will get better weed from Nirvana (any of the strains they have) than anything GH has in their lineup. And a lot cheaper too. It was grown under a 400 hps. I got 1/4 ounce of hay after 120 days of (yes thats 4 months) of 10/14. 10 on 14 off.

Well perhaps thats your problem right there, why would you flower with that cycle? 10 on and 14 off? You were wasting 3 hours of growing potential. Per day. I dunno, maybe you should look at your growing technique bud, I think they've (GHS) won a few high times awards among others but you could have just recieved a bung batch too. As well as paying $90 for 5 fem seeds, that seems steep.

The cannibus cups dont lie my friend. Arjans buds are dank. Earlys problem was deffinatly the 10/14. He was a little Early turning off his lights lol

oye. Sorry for the wait guys... My GF's bogardin' the digicam... My AUH1 should be done in 2 weeks and I want to get atleast one fuck'n pic of her before chop so you guys can see... If nothing else I will have some dried/cured budshots. I didnt anticipate not being able to use my camera guys...sorry bout that. But I promise if nothing else I'll get shots of the cured nugs...

Yeah, I've never heard of that lighting schedule early... that could be your prob...

Even from seed 4 months is a ridiculously long time. Sorry these beans didn't work out for ya man. Yeah greenhouse sucks and likely did some sheisty stuff to get the cannabis cup, but both neville's and SSH were developed by shanti when he was still at greenhouse if Im not mistaken (anyone verify this?), so you basically are getting mr. nice genetics, just from a crooked businessman named arjan instead of a medicine man named shanti. Also, docchronic has the 5 fem pack for 50 USD. You might have gotten ripped my friend.


Buds are really starting to fill out over here though. The tall skinny buds that shoot off the main cola are really starting to look helarious. It looks like the buds have dreds or something. Its awesome. It looks alot more like a fat neville's haze than it did a week or 2 ago when I last posted.


Also, some grow info:
All organics from seed
alfalfs tea with molasses for veg
jamacian guano and molasses for flower.
Soil enriched with local worm castings like fuck (like a 1/2 and 1/2 soil/casting mix before adding perilite)

I did manage to burn her early in flower with too much guano (never done the organic thing before) but even still shees lookin good...

So I got her to let me borrow my own camera for a minute... Wish I had a better camera... It dosent do macro's so well. I just wish the calyxes would have come out better. Its a sticky mess in there yall...
