has anyone experimetned with the low ryder strain? does it produce potent buds? how long does the whole process take and about how tall do they get? thanks

I'm growing lowryder #2 right now..... i started them 9 days ago (put them in wet paper towels over night then six in dirt and two in my aerobucket) there already starting there third set of true leaves....... 7 days out of the dirt. i had done alot of looking into this plant before starting it. i'm sure i can get an ounce or two off each plant, it seems that for this stain a large area is need for the root mass. i put the ones in dirt into two gallon buckets to start, when sex shows i will pull all but one male and remove the bottom from my buckets and put them on top of five gallon bucketsfilled with soil. i pre cut my buckets and duct tape them to keep the dirt in. this is the best way i have found to "transplant" it seems there it NO stress this way. these plants grow themselves from what i've gathered. just give em the basics. i'm not giving them any nutrients untill the sex shows. i use my own soil mix. compost, top soil from a local celery farm, vermiculite, some beach sand and peat. it seems to do the job.

oh oh oh. i have never smoked lr or lr2 so i can't say.

it says nine weeks from seed. everyone seems to be letting them go ten or eleven weeks..... everyone being people who's grow journals i looked at.

they average 16 inches, but it will all depend on your pot size. bigger pot=bigger plant. there is a guy on here who says his lr2 is almost four feet tall.

4 feet tall? thats crazy. i want to grow low ryder so bad. i never even smoked it, because all we have where im from is skunk, soud D and haze. sometimes dealers dont know what kind of weed there selling themselves.

Does anyone know where you can order lr2 seeds from?

i got mine from drchronic i ordered them on december 20th and got em on the 27th. one week, even over christmas. out of 8 seeds planted 8 sprouted and four are girls, i sexed all but the last girl on day 17! the last was sexed on day 20 and she's the smallest plant. it's been 25 days from seed and my room smells GOOD!!!!

Thanks for the info. Those seeds are auto flowering correct? Does anyone know if you are supposed to change light schedules with these or not?

I just now finished ordering mine. I'm really looking forward to it.

i'm on day 28... or week four from the time i PLANTED. i've kept em on 18 hours the hole time. my best is 8 inches and has a nice lil cola kickin and about 16 other lil buds formin. i have pictures but i'm not posting till the grow is over (in five weeks) one in the aero bucket isn't buddin as good but is bigger. my smallest one in dirt is 7 inches and is buddin out nice too. your gunna love growin these girls, expecialy after week three, they EXPLODE. smells like roses to me so far, but thrics aren't formin yet. if i rub a stem it smells sunky.


oh yeah at day 19 i had a male that i put on 24 hours and it's growth is stunted.... i switched it back to 18 two days ago and in two days the top nutsack cola formed. i think the 6 hours off REALLY HELPS THEM OUT
