Here what you do. Get you a glass container that is dark and light cannot penatrate. Place 1/4'' inch of rice at the bottom. Thann take your seeds and put them in pastic bag and then in the container. The rice will soak up the moisture. Than place the seeds in the fridge. I normally get about 100% germination rate the 1st year. Every year after that it tends to go down some. Thats the best way to store them imo. The freezer doesn't work as good as the fridge. Trust me tried them both ways. Better rates with the refridge.
It will figure itself out. If it doesn't, it's a dumb plant and doesn't deserve to live.
I throw em in a film container, and put em in the fridge..last for years![]()
I grew some weed last summer that came from seeds that were at the least 8 years old. They were vacuum sealed in a bag and thrown in a desk drawer. I forgot all about them.
friend of mine grew seeds from his dead fathers stash he found at least 20 years old in a bag in a box in a drafty garage we also found weed which was un-moldy and got us ripped (tasted a lil funny).
someone told me 7 years, although replacing every three sounds good right???? save those males, boys.
