G13 Labs Purple Haze?

has anybdy tried thier purple haze yet? is it the same as ther purple lady? was wundering cux im lookin for a good strain that will go purple

Then don't get this one.

The only way this one will turn purple would be to grow it in temps of 65 degrees or less. Otherwise this is a very good strain that grows nice long colas of frosty buds under 1000 watts. The buds are nice and dense. The taste and smell are just "ok". Mostly of fruit and haze but only slightly. It's a silver haze x kush hybrid so the high is cerebral and long lasting. But if you are looking for "purple" this one really doesn't cut it.

Well I got a free Purple Haze seed with my Attitude Seed order and here's how it is going. I vegged this plant out and made a couple clones, they are currently in their 7th week of flowering and looking good. Compared to the WOS Afghan Kush that I was growing this plant is awesome... it grow with nice long arms and the internodal spacing is wider than the Kush variety. Purple Haze does not need much water and holds up well, the trichomes are thick and smell very sweet and fruity compared to the spice/pepper smell from the Kush. The pistils are very orange and the buds are dense. Currently I am running an A/C hose into the tent and I'm trying to keep the temp in the mid 60's, there is no signs of purple yet but I am waiting and I will report back with photos.

Please do because i just recently got a free purple haze and I'm curious how it'll do. A yield and smoke report would be appreciated.

i'd like to hear a smoke report too, especially if you can compare it to other hazes. from what i've heard second hand, purple haze isn't quite as good smoking as pure haze and that purple strains in general are more of a novelty than top quality gear. i've only smoked one unknown purple strain myself and wasn't impressed because it was stony. that doesn't stop me from wanting to get the delicious grape flavor of super cali haze and it's nice true haze buzz in a purple cross where the buzz & flavor remain intact.

when i gew my Purple haze i was expecting to find a keeper, but i didnt, only two of them turned purp out of 10, but they weren't close to the best tasting or most potent. they taste a little like fruity pebbles, that was my favorite pheno, hazey as well. it yields good and grew medium-tall but easy scrog indoors, took nutes lightly in the beggining, then fed alot in flower. got great germ results.

i got a couple fem purple haze seeds im holding onto for a rainy day

Ordered a pair, used shot glass method to germinate and then into solo cups. 1 sprouted, the other hasn't. 2 and a half days since it sprouted.

ordered 1. veg indoor 3 months as a mom. transplant in june outdoors in sub's supersoil. 7 gal smart pot. fast to flower and in a jar end of Aug...3.5 zips of pure fruity pebbles with a hard hitting stone. gorgeous plant with high trich prod. not haze.not purple....who gives a shit. it's fire.

Shit! Sorry! Turns out it is White Label Purple Haze... I love G13 labs gear too. Have the White Lavender and ww and they are fire as well.

i'd REALLY like to grow "old-timer's haze" as it's a "purer" 17 week plus haze and is described as having a nice blackberry liquor flavor

crossing that with DJ short's grape krush is my dream for a purple haze 3.0, though i'd call it grape haze likely. grape krush is purple too.

they also have a redder looking and cheaper $50 OTH x thai cross.

tom hill's purple haze has been recommended.

in my experience so far, most hazes are really watered down and nowhere near as trippy as real haze should be. i was curious about this thread's purple though because if nothing else, it's dirt cheap. sweet haze might not be purple, but it finishes in 9 weeks and has a better than average fruity flavor and sensory high. haze x skunk is closer to what a real haze should smoke like, but not as refined

Who's pure hazes are watered down?

Most are not real hazes... real hazes take selection, not just popping a handful of seeds... And they don't breed true...

If you want a real haze experience it has to be sought after. Anything that finishes faster then 12 weeks had been hybridized.

Well I can definately tell ya that g 13 labs purple haze is not gonna turn purple bro trust me I also got a freebie launched it through veg and now its 3 weeks till flower but just cause it dont turn purple doesn't meen this shit ain't super fire bro my nugs are dense and fat as fuck and covered in trichomes like crazy and oh bro the smell is like a very slight sweet smell and fresh cut pumpkin smell masked by a super heavy dank smell also barely fuely smelling I would recommend this beasty beauty purple haze by g 13 labs to anyone also try out dinafem kush n cheese and if u want purple try black water or try purple og # 18 if that don't work get some grape god all these strains are on attitude also a lot of the grapefruit strains change colors anyhow here is the pic of my g13 labs purple haze 3 weeks from flower

I got the freebie also and it stayed in my garden since..and you can get purple hues..let it go for a few extra weeks

Mine started turning purple from the 2nd week and smells awesome.
