i would definitely consider ordering seeds with a prepaid anonymous credit card, from a computer that couldn't be traced to me, and have it shipped to an address that wasn't mine...

it's not exactly convenient, but then again, neither is going to jail lol

If it was me, I would order using a pre-paid debit card always with a false name and preferably to somewhere other than where the grow op. was happening.

If someone ever tells you that ordering seeds into the US is 100% safe, they are lying. No seeds can be sold inside the US and US Customs has the right to open up any package that is sent to you from overseas. Possession is a federal crime. There's nothing 100% safe about that. Minimize your risk exposure and do a lot of research on the potential seed bank you're ordering from.

that's a good question, i don't know legally, although it makes sense that the instant you pay for it, it is technically possessed by you, whether it is in your hands or enroute...

POINT Is 99% CHANCE U WONT GET CAUGHT and even if they do find the seeds the odds that you are prosecuted or even talked to by "the man" is almost 0
