I currently just finsihed up superstar soma seeds. very good strain, high yeild 3/4 lb per plant and great quality smoke!

Yes, go with Serious. The original, the rest are knock offs. I've grown his Kali Mist and Bubblegum and both were fantastic, I'm getting Serious AK47 and White Russian this year. Uncompromising quality.

what do you mean by pheno hobbes? how do i know when i have a "pheno" ?

Pheno is like sisters within a family - the two same parents could have 3 girls who all look different, are of different heights, different intelegence. The same goes with most marijuana strains, in one seed package (from the same parents) you may get plants that don't look like they're from the same strain.

Here are 4 Super Strawberry Diesel I've just grown - you can see the difference in the height, branching style, bud tightness. The taste range from soft strawberry to sweet diesel, the effects from stupefying stone to euphoric high. All from the same seed package from the same parents; grown with the same nutrients and lighting; grown at the same time.

When you get into cloning, if you're not already, you'll keep a clone for each plant your grow from seed - to keep as a potential mother if the plant is one you want to keep in your garden because of: short flowering time; large yield; great taste; a certain effect; and/or great potency.

You may get 7 females from a package of Endless Sky seeds and 6 of them take 9 to 11 weeks to flower - but the 7th finishes in 6 weeks with as good yield and potency as the other 6. You keep the clone from plant # 7 as a mother and next grow all of your plants finish in 6 weeks.

350 - 450 g/m2 sog. A good yield but not huge.

I'm reaching on this one, but from the numbers and what I've harvested from a knock off WW F2 I grew - 6-12 cups of dried/trimmed/bagged/cured bud (lost 75%+ of water and 1/2-2/3 chop volume). You may get different phenos, one may produce 4 cups, another 12 cups. Keep the clone from the 12 cuper for your mother.

I use Zip Lock plastic jars for curing, probably 1 1/2 - 2 liter jars of cured bud per Black Widow plant. You'll get a pheno that gives you good yield.

The first review mentioned huge stretch in the first 3 short BW he put into flower - 7"-9" at the start of 12/12 to 2'-2.5' at harvest. Don't let that concern you to much, he probably put them in 12/12 before they were sexually mature and they continued to veg under 2100K light and stretched excessively. Part of the growth during the first few weeks of 12/12 was probably vegetative growth, not flower stretch.

I found a white strain I'd been looking for, called The White. OGrascal has an S1 for sale at Pot Pimp. Super potent. Another of OGraskals to look at is White Fire. From what I read around the web they're all good. You may have to register a membership to see the page but try this link.

As chopped at harvest, or dealer dry, probably an ounce per cup (250 ML). Maybe more. After a 4 week hang/bag/jar cure you loose 75% of the weight and 1/2 of the volume. I have liter jars (4 cups) that hold 40 grams and some that hold 60 g, but if that bud were being sold by a dealer you could multiply the weight by 4 and be safe. People differ on what they consider an ounce of bud to be so I just go by volume, but even that changes with drying.

When Serious breeds White Russian seeds he uses White Widow and AK47 parents, not a White Russian male and female. This is an F1.

If we germinated the White Russian F1 seeds and got an incredible female and wanted to share the seeds we'd low stress hermie a clone in some way and use the plants own pollen to fertilize her. The seeds produced will be S1.

If you took a clone from a plant grown from an S1 seed and self polinated you would get an S2. By the time we get to S3 or S4 the plant is so unstable it's useless for our needs.

S1s will be slightly less stable than the parent.

Yes, possible. The person could also be talking wet weight, which is also pretty damn impressive. They could also be full of shit, as many of us growers are.

He'd have to vegetate the plant to an enormous size: height and branching, possibly scrog, use powerful side lighting, and have some growing skill. The plant would fill a room.

A general rule of thumb is 1/4 - 1/2 gram of bud per watt of HID light for a beginner. 1 gram per watt for an exerienced grower. More for experts.

So, a 1000W light should produce 2 pounds of bud, but not with one plant unless it's Screen Of Green. He'd have to have a wacky light setup with lots of side lighting (unless scrog), but it could be done.

If you see him again ask him how he's growing it - single cola, bush (topped, Low Stress Training), scrog. Ask him about his lights, the wattage, how many he has, where they're at. 1000W lights will penetrate the canopy about 18", 600W 12", and 400W 8", florescent 2". So if he's got a 8' giant single cola and one 400 watt HPS you can figure he's either a genius or full or shit.

He also stated he grew outdoors and he had a ak47 that grew "enormous" and he got 4 pounds lol.. He is the owner of a hydro store and carries almost every line of food. Hobbes, what food do you like to give to your girls? is ADVANCED NUTRIENTS good or what do you reccomend thats better?
