Default Dr Chronics Crushed Seeds

Hi All,
I just received my Northern Lights order from Dr chronics and the seeds were all crushed. Very well wrapped but crushed anyway. I sent them an email and they wrote back quickly wanting me to mail the product back to them. I am a bit worried about doing this. I mean, I hate to have a lot of mail traffic going back and forth. Has anyone else had to do this? Opinions?

I just bit the bullet and called them. I am taking pictures of all the packaging and seeds and they will take care of me!!
