Thought I would throw this out there for everyone...

Ordered some TGA Gear from Bidzbay/Breedbay and sent in the payment back in May. Spoke with Doc Bob through email and basically he told me that the payment was never received. I continued to contact him/customer service there and really was just ignored. At this point I will say that I have been very satisfied in the past and even when there was a problem I was taken care of. However, this time I was not satisfied and not taken care of. I really was hoping for some sort of contact from customer service there but nothing. I have given up on the whole deal but thought I would pass on my experience. I recently left feedback on every transaction I made there...some good and some bad. Miz Jill in turn left comments stating that I never tried to contact Sub or her...WTF? Didn't know I had too. Then said something like why leave good and bad comments about Doc Bob - Well that is because I have good and bad comments about Doc Bob. Long story short (too late) Send in the payment for about $200...No beans, no real customer service, just left with a feeling...I think you know what kind of feeling...nagging pain, empty pocket book, kinda like I got screwed.

Oh yeah, every time I have to mail in payment until I receive a payment received email. I've bought from Cannaseur/Bidzbay twice and had great experiences both times, but their order system was designed by a dyslexic monkey on acid.

I don't know what else to advise other than to put a detailed report in the seedbank review section (where it will stay for all time) and send an email to Greenman's Seedbank Update with a link to your review. If neither the seedbank nor the breeder will help you then you have no recourse in this industry other than awareness on the internet. I refer people to Cannaseur in a lot of posts, I can't do that if I'm not sure that people are going to get their beans. And that's nothing compared to what a post like yours will do.

After you write your review and email Greenman forward a copy of the email and the url for the review, and this thread, to both Bidzbay and TGA - explaining the situation again and how upset you are and how this unresolved issue is going to turn people off of an already difficult seedbank. If Attitude offered 5 packs I would have bought both purchases from them because of credit card security and online ordering. I can see a lot of North American orders drying up until they start accepting our credit cards.

I like the Cannaseur people, they've treated me perfectly both orders, but I do understand your frustration. Especially with their order system.

How did you pay? Money order/cash? Can you track the deposit of the money order? Any tracking on the mail?

I ordered my beans from bidzbay on august 20th didnt send out the MO for about 2 weeks later. It got to them within 5 days and they showed paid, posted/sent within 2 days of recieving, I expect to have the beans any day now. I can only imagine how upset you are with losing not only your beans but 200 dollars. I would go with what Hobbes is recommending if the breeder nor the bank will help, well I dont know. Yes, like I said I have had good experiences in the past and the gear is awesome, just didn't get mine. I paid in cash as I did a couple times before.

My beans took three weeks to lower US but like Hobbe said that site needs updating bad.Mandala seeds.com open back up in Jan.and thier stealth will blow your mind.(real profesionals)They have several seed breeders and Devi whos in customer service will order anything you need even if they dont carry it.(Daily e-mails)

i waited 2 weeks of hearing nothing from bidzbay phoned up doc bob n he said oh usually when someone wins an auction they send me a pm to take the payment WTF how piss poor is that?! then he said some BS about not taking a credit card payment for them but he decided he would do it for me anyway.

seriously im all for getting shtooooned but the dude needs to leave it till 5pm

Just wanted to say thanks to Breeder's Choice Seeds for a generous offer to help me out. Simply amazing. It dose not happen often but when a person offers to help another that has had some bad luck it is a beautiful thing. I am not looking for any handouts but I will keep that thought going and try to do an unrewarded deed today...I hope that anyone who reads this will do the same!
