shut down and get rid of your grow. if they are busting him it means they want to bust as many as possible related to this lead they have. which i would say is probable.


get rid of everything now and enjoy the fact that you can sleep comfotably at night.

your cheap ass can by weed for a little while until this all blows over

or give all your gear to a good freind and take part of the harvey so you have weed while u patienly wait

I agree with Big P, but within the state I might shut down.

Do federal agents respect state laws about medical marijuana? Very peculiar legal system where you can do something legally according to one level of government while it's illegal by another.

Oh man. Are you in the same state? Not being from the US I don't know how zealous the law enforcement is about personal grow ops. Did you send in a deposit or just waiting for new strains?

Here's a site that has more info on Canadian/USA pot trafficking and about the DEA involvment in Canada,(www.cannabisfacts.ca) and I think it's really the same up here as far as leniency in the court system and how popular/good ur lawyer is, I know fellas that got nailed to the wall, and other fellas that pretty much walked on serious charges, really also depends how much revenue an agency can spend, if you're careful, you're making their job harder which is more costly.

i send my order a few days before they were to be released.
And no, im in the legal state of CA. got my prescription. so im not sure how this bust might affect me.
