The sad thing is that he could have sold his seeds through Cannaseur or SeedBay and probably done enough extra volume to make up for the seedbanks commission on the sale. Or raised the prices. Then the police have to go through the British police to track down a $200 marijuana seed purchase? "Sorry lady, you shouldn't have been so stupid with your safety deposit box. Call London about some marijuana seeds, right."

I was shocked to find out he was from the US when I ordered my seeds, then later someone asked if he shipped to the US and I replied something like "Of course not.". Of course a couple of posts later Elite comes on to correct me. I just thought "Man, I really don't know anything about the real dangers of selling seeds. Not nearly as dangerous as I thought." It always seemed odd that someone living in the US would sell seed over the net, especially when they live in Indiana.

i was going to order his og moonshine but i have a male bluemoonshine going strong and some og kush and og kush 18 and pollenate my own version.i bet that 18 may make really stronger on yield.

yep i thought the address was a diffent addy then where he lives and i would have had a dummy address or rented under fake name then have a runner pick up packages and make a drop to another location then at another time picked them up and even then thats still sketchy but very trackable but i was very suprised to see his gf was the girls name we were shipping to and he lived and grew at that address

the whole thing just sucks eggs.. but as far as the person who said that you can't get weed in prison, they most be dreaming, but i would much rather be in my house smoking a fatty then behind bars doing the same anyday.. just hope that this case and others like it make us who are still free and not yet victims of the "drug war" realize how lucky we are, and just how quickly the walls can crumble..
i think that we shouldn't just remember this man who has fallen, but all people who are either in prison right now, or who are possibly facing charges as a result of our countries war on drugs today, and be hopefull that this silly war will soon come to an end.
Dude you fucken said it! Alcohol and cigs are way worse than pot, but for some strange reason it's illegal?

Elite wont have to say a word to help the FEDS out. I'm guessing 99% of his orders were handled over the internet. Once something is posted/emailed/put out on the web its there forever. Or at least a long ass time.

A couple good friends of mine were accused of selling a bunch of stolen items over the net. The cops had every single thing they did online for 6 months back. They had emails between me and him. They had everything. The stuff his lawyer got from the DA was scary. If you have communicated with Elite in the past however many months they have your email/discussion whatever. Even if it was deleted, they most likely have something.

They have every forum he visited, every pm he made, everything. You can bet on it. They are probably reading this thread.
