There are so many interesting strains we have to choose from. It took me forever to decide which strains to grow. I'm sure I picked good strains but there are so many and they all sound pretty good. You can review any of the seed "manufacturers" and pick several or more of their strains you'd really like to grow because you heard about it from someone, the description sounds good, and the pictures are incredible. But how different feeling are all these strains? Well, I have a pretty good feeling Kali Mist is different feeling and better for a different occasion than White Widow or White Rhino. But I'm wondering if Kali is all that different from any of the hazes or other sativas? Everyone has their favorite that they rave about but most people haven't tried that many different strains really, at least compared to what's out there.

So really what I'm trying to find out is that in your opinions if you have a nice example of a sativa and indica, is that pretty much all one needs to worry about?

I keep reading about Blueberry, and Apollo 11, and C99, and Flo, and Power Plant, and the hazes... and I wonder, are they really that different that I'm missing anything by not having them?

Let me just tell you I am having the hardest time with BB. It's driving me nuts!!

iv been told blueberry can be a very demanding strain to grow so ive opted to grow blue moonshine which comes from the blueberry strain

It is all about preference.
I like more of a sativa to sit around and chill and maybe to knock me out when i am tired.

I like more of an indica to get things done.

I like a mix of the 2 depending on what I am doing and where I am going.

i thought indica made you chilled so you just wana sit back and relax and drop to sleep when you feel like it

I'm having a really frustrating time with bb maybe i'll check out that blue moonshine. The BB germinates but never loses the seed, meaning i had stalks with seeds on top, they were looking good til they refused to shed there seed. This happened to all 4 that i dropped.Egads.....

Yeah, that's right.

If I get lucky enough to have all my strains make it to harvest I'm going to harvest some of each indica early at cloudy trichs and some at whatever I think is peak ripeness, probably 50 percent cloudy, 50 percent amber and on my sativas I'll probably harvest at 50/50 and leave some to go a little over and see if it gets a little body high to it.

indica is downer stativa is upper i would suggest kali (the mother) mist for a fluffy upper high, afgan for a relaxing high, white widdow for the strong, blueberry for the weak, and cant forget some kush mmm kush for taste but i got a strong back cross of kali and kush i would call the pineapple kush, orgasmic was what my girl said... o n kali helps women with their period, big hint guys... says the hottie eh northern lights is great but not crossed into my kind bud genetics/nor have i grown yet tho so cant speak for myself
