I've just placed orders with 3 seedbanks and I'll track their delivery and report the seeds' condition on this thread. I've gone to two of my tried and true favorites: PeakSeedsBC and Pick n Mix; and made my first purchase from Elite.

The orders with payment were mailed to Peak yesterday and Elite today; and the online order with Pick n Mix was placed 15 minutes ago. Peak is off on the Island in the middle of buttfucknowhere so we'll give them that extra day for the ponies to carry the beans to civilization.

All orders out on March 10: Peak in buttfuckville Canada; Elite in The Valley Of The Insane, below the sanity border at the 49th parallell; Pick n Mix accross the pond in the land of fish and chips.

Since I'm already high AND have a full volcano bag of Skunkberry/NL I think I'll post the strains I'm getting.

The strain only crowd is a subculture in the growing community that I never knew existed. Like Trekies or Larpers with really good weed

Super Strawberry Diesel - I'm really excited about this one, SC clone, [strawberry cough drop / Diesel] taste, potent. With the Diesel and real Strawberry Cough it should be an amazing strain for depression and anxiety. And fun. This is the strain I'm looking forward to most, out of all these great picks.

Pick n Mix is a nice option eza. Ordering one at a time is a cool way to at least try to grow out a bunch of strains but some of those just won't germ, grow out, or be good representations of the best qualities a strain is known for. But one seed at a time, even fem'd, means you have to be dead on or kiss that strain goodbye until next grow.

Hobbes, will be interesting to hear how your pick n mix seeds turn out. Maybe do a grow report thread on them?

Unfortunately they still are $40 USD a pack outside Canada, but fortunately $30 CAD a pack for Canucks. Delivery included. The $47 was the $60 CAD for the two strains, changed to US currency. So I get two strains for $47 USD, delivered. Sorry to gloat.

They do seem amazing, but there is very little in the form of smoke reports on the net. It seems that these creatures who haunt the Clone Only forums know the effects of the parent clone only strains and every possible permutatuon. They even have their own language (ie IBL) and have evlolved to have a 6th toe on their left ear. Weird Subculture, but they've got the gear.

You're absolutely correct. I figure that I'll order as many fem singles of the strains I find interestng until my seed budget is exhausted. When some of the seeds don't germ - I know there will be duds and grower mistakes - I'll move on to the next seed/strain and reorder the duds with my next order as you suggest. When there's a strain I want to keep I'll order a pack of regulars and pick out the best plant for a mother. Pick n Mix is just a great way to try a whole lot of strains on a budget.

100%! I've got 7 strains growing now, I'll do smoke reports on those 7 strains and the new ones - when I can grow them half decently.

i like pick and mix, single seeds rule for those with small closets!

my only criticism would be that there are a few seedbanks missing - i wish they sold the subcool stuff - but their choice is getting better.

The Pick n Mix owner was on the forum a while back, asking for suggestions for new breeder lines to carry. They're new and growing, give them a year.

Suggestions included: DJ Short, Subcool, Peak, Dr Greenthumb, Reservoir, Elite, .....

If there's a breeder line they don't carry that you want drop them an email. They might not be able to get you the line but they'll appreciate the suggestions.
