what is a good strain to do outdoors?

Depends on where you live.......

Most of them will do good outside....some better than others but like HPD said it depends on where u live.

so is hindu kush and hawaii 5-0 (nl #5 and hawaiian indica) good for illinois

all strains do good outdoors. where does weed come from? closets?

depends on location but most outdoor growers will grow sativa dominant because they get alot bigger outside, produce denser buds. northern part usa most ppl grow indica outside cuz it has short grow season south part and west is good growing for sativa strains cuz they grow much longet flower up from 8-12 weeks mostly indca is from like 6-9

All strains do not do good outdoors! I thought they did too til I grew BlueberryX Cindy99. Its not a outdoor strain and grew very strange with all the buds in clumps at the top. The smoke is exellent but yield was very low! I grew it indoors and it was a whole different story. Growth is normal indoors and yield is much better. Kush strains grown outdoors in the northern hemisphere need to be started late or they do wierd shit and give you low yields too. Trainwreck, Sweettimer, Skunk and most haze strains are good outdoor strains. This summer Im going to try a company called The Real seed co at the attitude. The outdoor strains sound good and most are heavy producers. Good Luck with your grow! If you grow in a humid climate pick a strain that comes from a wet climate. When you purchase beans it tells you if its from a wet zone. Plus its easy to figure out!
