Hey guys!

So I've got the 1st gen of mothers established. Belladonna, La Confidential and Purps are already in production. My next crop of Rocklock, Misty, Super Silver Haze, AK-47, Black Domina, S.A.G.E., Amsterdam Flame, Kalichakra and Critical Mass aren't far behind. (Any advice or tips anyone can kick me on these specific strains would be awesome and GREATLY appreciated).

Anyway I need to start a new batch, and I've already decided on True Blueberry and F-13 from DJ Short, The Hog and MK-Ultra from T.H. Seeds. Here's my problem. I want a strain with a heavy, heavy strawberry flavor and I'm really torn between Strawberry Cough fromDutch Passion and Arjan's Strawberry Haze from Greenhouse Seed Co. So I'm wondering which has a better high and strawberry flavor? Any opinions would rock! Thanks!

Heard better things bout strawberry cough than strawberry haze. Damn, you've got some nice strains going... You're going to have to give alot of feedback on the stuff you have going!!!

im a big cough fan! a nice long slow creeping high and the same descent!! hard to beat!!

never had the arjans strawberry but strawberry cough doesnt really smell or taste like strawberries in my opinion it smells real strong but not as much like strawberries as you would think or not liek blueberry smells like blueberries

Dutch passion strawberry cough is supposed to be BS. I had some strawberry diesel and believe me it tasted like strawberry cream. One of the best strains i've ever had. I would without a doubt get some strawberry diesel. Very relaxing and so tasty that i would smoke it even if it didn't get me high.

go with strawberry haze, its smells like strawberry pancakes, and its beutiful, fast grower, easy to train if need be. Strawberry cough sound like some medicine, nasty strawberry, strawberry HAZE, little emphasis on the haze, haze is the shit yes indeed.

haha its true!! strawberry cough is good but the taste is a litle much!!!

If you have such an array of strains to choose from, why not go with the vigorous Strawberry Cough and cross it with your Super Silver Haze? I have experience with the SS Haze and GreenHouse seeds, and it's incredibly stable for breeding, traits tend to carry-over quite well. I'm actually looking to get the same question answered, I'd like to breed a strawberry variety with a White Rhino or Great White Shark, cube to try to designate flavor and aroma with solid idica/sativa growth characteristics. I'll be posted on this, happy growing everyone?

I've grown, harvested and vaporized 5 Dutch Passion Strawberry Cough plants so far and I do not like the strain. Bad taste, sides of tounge, blech. No strawberry taste for sure. I haven't been able to get mine potent even though they're covered in trichs, I just vape bag after bag. I'm sick of it but I'm going to grow it a few more times to see if I can improve on the potency, I'm hitting it with UVB this grow. I would not buy it again with so many other great strains to try. The one great thing - Strawberry Cough melts anxiety while leaving you functional like no strain I've tried.

I agree with theeggman, Strawberry Diesel sounds interesting.

Thanks for the information Hobbes, have you tried breeding it to improve potency? If you're experienced with the strain, which characteristics do you like most (i.e. internodal pattern, leaf size, stem strength, calyx formation, etc.)? Thanks for any advice you can give, I'm doing as thorough research as I can before I ultimately mess around with both Strawberry Cough and Arjans Strawberry Haze. That Strawberry Diesel does sounds good though, someone needs to spill the beans on th goods about the whereabouts of that strain ... Happy growing everyone
