i just did it no problems, used my own name & credit card. Made it to California in about 14 days. Dont worry about it, if it makes it, it makes it. if not, your not the one sending it, all you get is a letter from customs saying your seeds have been siezed and destroyed. They will even bag the t shirt back up and send it to you.
