All right, my situation isnt very good for buying seeds from a good bank

1) Living in the U.S. and not California
2) Almost nobody i know has a credit card, and none of them want to order using it for fear of a problem with customs.

I've already tried getting a gift card visa, it doesnt work because there is no name on it. Nirvana and all the big sites wont accept it.

Questions:
1) I plan to grow outdoors, if i just get bagseed off of some of my best dope, will it grow well (assuming i know what im doing)
2) How can i get around not having a credit card

1. Bag seeds can be just as good as purchased seeds. My plant is growing great and it was from the bag.

2. Try folding up cash in some newspaper and sending it snail mail. That's how all of my friends have bought seeds.

get an international money order almost all of them accept it

If your still new to the game bag seeds are basicly free and you pretty much already know what you are getting. In my case you can grow better than what you buy if your still spending under 80 an oz. Shwaggy smoke can still produce good bud if you take the time and effort to grow it properly. I m eferring to tomatoes of course.

Send them cash inside a birthday card.
