Help choosing medicinal strain and sativa strain, please

Hey,

So I have Crohn's disease and I'm looking to start a strain that can offer me both (abdominal) pain relief and anti-inflamatory properties as well.
I heard White Widow is quite the medicinal strain, as well as Jack Herer. I'm looking for something as strong as possible without spending CAD $250 for 10 seeds (i.e. Sensi Seeds' Jack Herer).
Any suggestions would be awesome and appreciated.

I'm also looking for one really nice sativa strain. One that hits you in the head for the most part really hard and offers a trippy trip. I was wondering what some characteristics are of purple strains as well as any other sativa suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

By the way, I'll be growing under a 250W MH for vegging and 250W HPS for flowering. I'd rather keep the plants to a maximum of about 5 feet and they'll be indoor grows, in soil.

Some of the Arjan Haze's are a decent sativa type strain. I personally think purple power is an awesome purple strain. It is also a sativa type. These are two that I am plannin on growing in the near future.

As far as I know indica strains are better for pain relief. Sativa are more of a creative, fun high.

Medicinal - White Russian
Sativa - Kali Mist

P.S. dont grow your plants 5 feet tall if u r growing indoors

I have found that using a vaporisor provides excellent anti-inflamitory relief. I'm w/ pdiddy don't get close to 5 feet. I think with a 250w bulb you should be around 2' w/ 1' between.

Hey alright so after all the much appreciated suggestions I did some more research and decided to go with white widow, silver haze #9 and nyc diesel...
What do you think of these choices?

I smoked some of what was claimed to be white widow a few days ago but it really wasn't all it's made out to be. I'm guessing white widow either isn't that great or even more likely what i smoked just wasn't actually white widow. I'm hoping for a good smoke with these strains

A very strong sativa is sour desil-if not the strongest sativa
Indica wise i would stay with a hindukush,orpurple kush cut-/master kush if you can find them

TRY GREEN CRACK. It's a new strain on the open market however it's been available in N. Calif. for several years. I'm a medical user also and this is about the best that I can find anywhere!
