Which of these sativa hybrids do you guys favor based on potency, type and longevity of buzz, and yield? Any other sativa hybrids (not too tall) that you may recommend as better than these? I want a buzz that I can really immerse myself in hobbies/activities but also it has to be a very very strong, noticeable buzz....Thanks in advance for the help

i prefer arjans haze over jack, the high is a bit less foggy and i found it more "up" than jack. there were a few times i'd smoke jack herer and lose motivation to go out and do stuff, whereas arjans haze got me more stoked about getting shit done and made my day seem more interesting.

i'm also someone who smokes all day long so stuff like that was important to me.

AK47 is one of my all time favorites. I have some in flower right now. However, no way in hell I could smoke what I grow and go to work...unless I got paid for drooling!

I have never grown Jack Herer but what I smoked was really nice. I plan on trying to grow some in the near future but I like the high of AK47 better but thats just me.

I would like to reccomend you look at Kali Mist from Serious Seeds. Now THAT, is a great smoke that will allow you to work hard, get things accomplished but you will laugh your ass off while doing so. Kali Mist is the only strain that I simply can't do without. I like my Diesel...my AK47...my White Widow and my Kush but I will never be without Kali Mist. It will always be a part of my personal stash.

is your kali mist pre or post 98? i know that they did some more work on the strain and most people prefer the original.

if youre interested in kali mist i would say check out western winds, which is the pre98 kali - also i know that rez just did some work on quick kali (sp?) and it finishes up a lot quicker while retaining the original flavor/high.

Thanks a ton for the input....I really don't smoke til after work so I guess I was looking for a strain that gets me super-into big football games, UFC fights, etc; and produces a strong giggly euphoric buzz. Is Kali Mist very strong effect wise (and how's the yield?) The only bad thing I've heard about Arjan's is that the buds can be quite leafy or "grassy" and not really solid and "nuglike".(I've also heard great stuff too)

On a side note: I'm also planning on growing a good heavy medicinal indica to soothe sore muscles/kill pain (but doesn't make you super super tired and out of it) - any suggestions?

It's post 98. I never smoked the pre 98 so I don't know what I am missing.

I am a HUGE college football fan and I am sitting here watching WWF Faber vs Pulver...what a great fuckin fight!!!!! Anyway, Kali Mist is type of smoke that the molre you smoke the higher you get. It has NO ceiling! If you want just a small buzz, no problem...you want to get ripped, no problem. It is such a cerebral high. I swear, I believe you could OD on Kali Mist. I don't gush over to many strains but Kali Mist is top shelf.

The buds are dense but not rock hard and the yield is as good as most. I usually get 2 zips per plant on most of my strains and I get close to that with Kali. Not quite but close.

If you want huge, freakin rock hard buds then AK47 would be a great choice. I get my biggest yields on AK47 and the buds are huge (at least huge for me). My friends have no idea I grow it and it is funny as hell to listen to them talk about how it was grown and they are positive it is hydro. Funny thing is, I grow in soil.

Cool, I'm very intrigued by the Kali now...Is it a tall plant? Will it grow well under the same light (haven't bought it yet but either 600 or 1000) as the medicinal indica I want to grow also? And finally, is the yield pretty respectable? Thanks a WHOLE lot in advance......

A 600 or a 1000 watter will be perfect. I use a 400 and get very good results. The first time I ever smoked Kali was being grown under a 600. The buds were very resin filled and it had such a great flavor. This is the truth...One of the reasons I started growing my own was so I could grow Kali Mist. It is THAT good.

Excellent my friend. I think I've made my mind up on one of the strains.. By chance could you recommend a good powerful painkilling mostly indica (suffer from rheumatoid arthritis). Some I've seen that interested me have been White Russian(22% THC), Matunuska Tundra (killer creeper with chocolate taste), G13 Hashplant (supposed to be great indica), and various Kush strains (can't find OG at Attitude). I want a real kick ass buzz (long lasting too) and superb pain relief but not something that gets me too sleepy or zombie-like. Thanks again for your input, much appreciated.
