Replacing ballasts every 2-3 months ... why???

I would check your voltages going to the drivers. They are only rated 120-277v, while other drivers are usually 100-277v, depending on what's connected on the circuit you could have a some slight sag. That really shouldn't matter much but I can't envision an environment where those drivers get...

What's your top yield with LED?

The most experience I've had with an LED is with a Mars hydro SP250 in a 2x4 tent. I'll spare the details as it was a bit of a journey (Unless someone is interested) but last run I got 16oz and 5 grams. Quite a huge result as I struggled to even get a 1lb in a 4x4 with a 600w HPS

Slim 600H from Optic LED, claiming 3.03 umols/j

It's not like they put out a number with nothing to back it They apparently achieved 3.0, not in a sphere test but instead using a quantum sensor as the fixture sits in a tent, taking multiple PPFD measurements (in this case 64), averaging them, multiplying the result by the square meters of the...

I'm still running a 600W MH/HPS setup in a 4x4 tent, I've been biding my to make any large LED purchase just to see how things progress and I've been trying to look trough some options and the slim 600h was just the latest released and it boasts some of the best specs in the market by a good...

Slim 600H from Optic LED, claiming 3.03 umols/j

So I've been looking at the various "vertical" style fixtures as I want something that illuminates a tent evenly and of course there is the usual suspects of Gavita, Fluence and the Growers choice ROI-E680. The growers choice would have otherwise what I settled with as it does mostly what all...

    Yellowing leaves and brown spots

My well water isn't really what would be hard but there is more junk in it than I would want Anyway I just came back to say I did solve the humidity issue and temperature which only required just taking the tent exhaust and exhausting into the room instead of outside. Venting outside made more...

    Yellowing leaves and brown spots

I've seen the thread but I really don't want to say its septoria I could be wrong but could there just be a phosphorous deficiency instead? Something locking that out? and the reason why I ask this is the pictures don't show the purple stems which show on every affected leaf and not on healthy...

    Yellowing leaves and brown spots

Humidity has been around 55-75% through out the day here recently. It gets to 75% in the morning even with exhaust fan on and pumping to the outside. I'll take your word on the 6.5 pH, less ph up to use which I already use alot because of hard acidic 5.8 pH tap water

    Yellowing leaves and brown spots

I can see the heat stress as it has been hot and even with an AC unit its been much more warmer than I wanted. But nute burn I wouldn't expect unless even half strength all this time is too much. I guess the tips do give it away. I did move the lights further away, hope they don't stretch...

    Yellowing leaves and brown spots

I would say its been about 4-5 weeks into flower and I feel like I've been doing the right things but the past week or so there has been some deterioration and I'm a little stumped at what it could be. Been feeding the fox farm at half dose and the cal mag at full dose. I did just first full...

    Setting up a 2x4 tent

During the day even in the worst days it's ok even if its 50f outside the room stays around 65-70f with all the ambient heat sources from computers and stuff, but at night it can get into the 30s-40s and by that time I already am using a heater as I do sleep in the same room the tent is in.

    Setting up a 2x4 tent

Hey everyone I'm starting my 2nd grow in a 2x4x5 tent I already have and looking set it up more properly than last time which only consisted of a t5 fixture and a box fan, Planning to grow 3 northern lights in soil. It is getting winter and we don't run central heating so I'm also hoping the...
