Howdy! My space is 2x4x5 I would perfer not to use a speed controller. I want to run a fan with a carbon filter. what cfm rating fan should I aim for based on my room size?

2x4x5 room Should I get a 4 inch fan 190 cfm or a 6inch fan 347 cfm. Either fan will have a carbon filter attached. And will I need a fan speed controller on either. Thanks everyone!
