Check new pictures of removed leafs out, notice the holes on the small leaf, then notice the curving and discoloring of the second leaf Edit: leaf has brown tips

Just one of them, i'm actually only growing this one plant and hoping it goes well, trying pretty hard on it too haha , very concerned about the small yellow holes and the deformation of some of the leafs, not all of them and the new vegetation seems to look great...

Anybody have any ideas? some of the leafs appear to be coming in twisted, PH is from bottled water i tested 6.5

pics are attached Some small holes are on 3-4 of the leaves with yellow on the inside of the holes. One leaf turned yellow with some brown spotting towards the bottom also. Some leafs come in a little twisted ( seem to have fixed this though) What could the issue be? I was using shit soil...

I had just transplanted my baby plant from a small pot to a larger pot, than cut the bottom leafs off to allow more focus on the top leafs... I noticed 2-3 days later there appears to be another seedling growing out of the soil, but i never put another seed in the ground...??? See pictures
