I was thinking if you engage the plant into nutrient lock out conditions by adjusting the ph a couple days before harvest with all the starches and sugars be trapped in the roots rather than being absorbed by the plant because it's in lockout?

I'm about 2 wks from harvest and just noticed this in the last day.. looks like mold but I don't think it is. Has anyone seen this black stuff before? Also this is outdoor in hawaii

anyone try grow more Hawaiian bud and bloom? How did u use it and did it work? Burn your plants? Giant buds? Thanks
