Well, i doubt it will cause a problem, actually it may provide benefit. Those plants love oxygen & light, i would suppose that while pushing more fresh oxygen in, and less out in a grow cab the fresh air would circulate around the cab more because of the slow out take. But all in all, i doubt it...
