Carbon filters, probably want to look into DIY ones for a smaller cab (costs about $20 for the supplies usually).

My cab is slightly over 1sqft (16" x 12") and I'm running 115w with 8k lumens @ (3x 2.7k & 2x 6.5k ) so sounds about right to me :) As long as you're only growing in a 1 sqft space :P Remember to keep the light max 3 " from your tops, really unless they touch your bulbs they won't ever burn...

For a 1 sqft area yes it's "enough" but not optimal, probably want to add another bulb during flower for 1sqft though.

Not sure if it's still relevant to your cause but the pc fan you wire to a 9v charger like this one. Clip the end of the charger and connect the red pc fan wire to the STRIPED wire on the charger, black goes to black. Tape or wire nut the ends (then tape) voila. You can get fan controllers on...
