Can someone tell me how the hell I can get my plant to grow wider and and taller and stop growing so bushy and small like it is? Is my light too close?

Hey guys so I'm running a carbon filter to 6"fan through light and out in a 4x4x8 tent my temperature is sitting at Around 34.c or 93f and my humidity is sitting at 54%, only 2nd week of veg is this going to damage my growth? The temperature outside is around 30c in Queensland atm!
