Update. Final harvest. I don't have a scale so I'm not sure of final weight but I'd guess at least an oz.

For veg I used (3) 100watt equivalent bulbs, I believe lumens on those bulbs were 5200k a piece. For flower I used (3) 100 watt equivalent, 2700k. Yea from what I've read/heard you want higher lumens during veg and lower lumens during veg to most accurately imitate the changing of the seasons.

Results of my indoor homemade box grow. Appx 70 watt total of CFL. Hydroponic setup, DWC. 3 plants total. Not sure of strain. About 5 days from harvest. I started off with two chambers hopefully going with half veg half flower but quickly realized the space was not sufficient for 2 chambers...
