    Seed germinating problems

Directly in sifted soil, 3/8" deep, seed laying on it's side, on a heat mat, under a humidity dome, watering with recharge, is the way :leaf:

    All cured and smelling sweet.

I would describe the smell very similar to the smell from a box of fruity pebbles cereal. Not what it smelled like in grow for sure!

Discolouration and wilting on Caramello, though Blueberry OG healthy in same enviroment.

This is the reason. The blueberry og likes it cause it's a really nute sensitive plant and can easily be over fed. The caramello on the other hand is like "hey! Come on! Let's get rolling!"

    Cold temperatures experiment

The fact that your seedling is too immature to flower, and that every day is longer than the day before, will keep your girls in veg through spring/summer

General Hydroponics Ph Down: How To Use This Product?

I use a GH pH down, I use it with a pipette and a pH pen meter. If your water is clean it only takes 5 drops or so to adjust a gallon of water to 6.3, if your water has more stuff dissolved in it, it may take more to adjust it. You really can only measure, add a few drops, measure again. Once...

Harvest Time is guided by trichomes, determined by personal flare

I don't really consider flowers ripe, I use that term for fruits and vegetables. What are these end of life signals? I notice the plant stops drinking water, almost entirely when you are at the very end. After the plant has eaten most of the fan leaves as it's starving for nitrogen it will start...

    PM in late flower

PM is everywhere. It's not your fellow growers fault, it's bad conditions in your tent/basement. You'll probably need to dehumidify the whole basement as if you are taking in air that is too moist, you'll always have a micro climate where the intake comes into your tent that is too moist. What...

2024 DIY Nutrients - Where are we at?

I only use DIY nutrients when I grow in the ground. I use aged chicken litter, rough chopped fish, and some carbon such as leaves/sticks/corn stalks/sunflower stalks. I do use elemental sulfur I guess that I didn't mine myself so I suppose it's only partially diy. But I guess I'm using the...

    First grow heading into flower

This would depend on the light. I have 2, 200 watt lights in a 4x4 and they can provide more light than the plants like. I can get 50 DLI with a 12-12 light schedule and 30 inch height over canopy running at 90 to 95 percent.
