Hey jay bio, in your 5th photo do those look more clear or cloudy to you? Kind of hard for me to distinguish the two. Also here is an updated trichome photo of my plants

    Trichomes & Harvesting

Okay I took your advice, went to the local grow shop they had an attachment for the phone for 8$. Still kind of hard to hold steady but much easier nonetheless. Anyways, the first and 3rd photo are the BOG, and the 2nd is the PK 1.

Those are macro photos... I have a scope but cannot hold it steady, so I use a camera, you just have to open the photo in a new window and then zoom in to see trichomes

Want to Know If Your Plants are Finished?

Covered my plants last year, still ended up with grey mold. Harvested on the 26th of Sept last year, so this is pushing it for me lol. Judging by the pic, I would say my trichomes are 80% cloudy, 17% clear, 3% amber but I am not the best judge

Want to Know If Your Plants are Finished?

Outdoor Kosher Tangie I would ideally like to take her another 2 weeks, but 60%+ humidity levels and rain for the rest of the month have me worried. Any opinions greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Pile of curing weed

This thread may have been better posted in the grow journal area... Just me, but I think the research into this matter would be better done and organized without all the bickering back and forth. I think the saying goes, if you ain't got nothin nice to say, don't say nothin at all.

    Pile of curing weed

Here are some more heat/sweat dryed buds that I've done. Initial smell is like clean fruit and laundry. Once broken apart they are very fragrant of fruit. The cannatonic is a bit different that the other two, it has more of a musk, not really a preferable smell, woodsy almost. Jackpot...

    Pile of curing weed

Well thank you, I wouldn't consider myself elite tho. My setup was pretty easy, just my closet. I had my dehumidifier going in the small enclosed area, then I had the mason jars in the top part of the closet soaking in the heat. This was roughly 90-100, maybe even close to 110 degrees F...

    Pile of curing weed

Hey Cajun, this is a heated thread... Anyways, I am also interested in low heat curing. For my last harvest I put fresh cut in a sealed mason jar then into 95 degree heat. I did this for two days, opening and turning every few hours. Then I layer them out to dry, and repeated the...

    Outdoor re veg ideas?

You could try a temporary enclosure with lights to get her to reveg outside. Then air layer from that. A trashcan with a few CFLs per plant would be sufficient to get it going. Heat would also generate if you are somewhere cold
