Should i cut the lower shoots to help the main bud get more efficient energy? 3 weeks in flower n there very cristaly but i dont want shoots lingering and taking away from my main bud if they wont produce

Added a 90w ufo to my cfl grow and after 2 days i noticed them looking pretty sad... What could be going on?

Running 2 1050Lumens cfl's and 3 75watt all blue led's 4 days after fim i ended up with 5 mains and im unsure of how to properly satisfy the thirst or if theres any extended thirst/special care? Plants only 2 weeks old... Should i lollipop it or....?
