dude getting the sleep patterns back to normal is definitely the hardest part. Try exercising, it will keep your mind of smoking, and it will get you into great shape.

i was thinking maybe these guys are panaeolus foenisecii, but they have a black spore print. in the pictures some are sun dried, and of course camera phones dont take true color so... as of now i am still in the dark as to what these guys are.

Found these guys out in the grass. I recently got soil/manure from i'm guessing somewhere from the middle of cali, some farm or something. these guys are like an inch to 2 1/2 inches long. black spore print some sort of paneoulus I think

generally, I make sure everything is less than a year old (chemicals & solvents) and make sure that my stuff is completly dry before moving on to the next step when dealing with naptha baths and etc.
