Getting a medical card in Vancouver is a snap, $100 bucks (Much easier and cheaper than oregon) and you're all set for 15 plants. Same day, no multiple visits, etc... You can do 4 in Oregon now without a card though, but its per household, not per person. So if you've got roomies or anything...
