Right, I know theres no definitive answer to this but here goes: The way I used to do it is in veg, set ph 5.2 & it fluxuates up to the early 6's by the end of the week and then do a fresh tank change, then in 12/12 set it to 5.5 and let it fluxuate to 6.2 then add a bit ph down to bring it bk...
